Artefact Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Artefact, each item is made to order. For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges, except if the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the problem

3. Non-Accepted Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection

  • Orders with incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your choices before placing your order.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered production (usually within 12 to 24 hours), it cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
