Artefact Delivery Policy

1. Production and Shipping
Each order is custom-made once the purchase is completed. This means processing times may vary slightly depending on the period and the type of item ordered.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Production time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Delivery within Canada: 3 to 7 business days after production

  • International delivery: 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that additional delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to postal disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and the selected shipping method.

Artefact currently offers delivery:

  • Across Canada

  • To selected international countries

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s online tool.

5. Customs and Import Taxes
For international deliveries, customs fees or taxes may be required by the destination country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order amount.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.
Artefact is not responsible for delivery errors due to an incorrect address.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
